High School & College Athletes
M-F (up to 5 days) 7:00 - 8:00pm**

Terms & Stuff:
1. All athletes are entitled to 1 trial session before joining.
2. Payment is due at the start of each month or on the 15th depending on enrollment date payment will NOT be prorated.
3. Missed sessions can be "made up", but payment will NOT be reimbursed for missed sessions.
4. Classes are limited availability and there is a chance that your child may not be able to join.

My Name is Elliott Hulse I am a Strength & Conditioning Coach in St. Petersburg Florida. As an ex-D1 college football player I understand the desire to be the best at your sport and to strive for the attainment of a college scholarship or a professional contract.
There are thousands of training programs and dozens of people claiming to be strength and conditioning experts. However, very few of these so-called "Sports Performacne experts" practice what they preach or have the credentials and track record to back up their claims. Since you're probably wondering how this program is different, here's the whole story:
I am a Certified Strength And Conditioning Specialist and owner of Strength Camp, a Sports and Strength and Conditioning service in St. Petersburg Florida. I've train dozens of athletes to get stronger, faster and more explosive in my "warehouse gym" with only $1000 worth of equipment and a hard working attitude.
I was fortunate enough to grow up in a home where sports and fitness was taught to me at a very young age. My uncle lived with us when I was a kid. He was a black belt in Kung Fu, he was also a former gymnast, bodybuilder and marathon runner. Needless to say, growing up around a guy who chops bricks in half with his bear hands and did back flips - had a huge impact on my 5 year old mind.
My uncle taught me how to do push ups when most kids were still in training diapers. By the time I was in highschool, my uncle had become a personal trainer. He taught me how to weight train in my basement with only 1 barbell, a few weight plates and a 4' wooden box. At the age of 14, I was squatting over 350 pounds and could dunk a softball - at only 5'7 using the explosive strength and speed training program that my uncle taught me.
Real World, Practical Strength & Speed Training Experience
I earned every athletic award conceivable and I earned an athletic scholarship to St. Johns University in New York. If it weren't for the fact that my uncle had taught me how to perform basic barbell squats, dead lifts, bench presses and box jumps - when I was only 14 years old, I wouldn't’t have achieved ½ of all the success that I did.
I learned at a very young age that the season is won in the off season, explosive strength and speed training became my life. I got so strong and fast during the off-season that sometimes I couldn't wait until the season was over so that I could get stronger and faster - all over again (this was before in-season training was popular)
I have a BSc. degree in exercise science, I'm a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT). I'm a member of the International Society for Sports Nutrition (ISSN), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Strength And Conditioning Association (NSCA). I'm a competitive strongman and I've won three state championships. One more thing - and this is important - I'm a "lifetime natural" athlete. "Natural" means I've never used steroids or any other banned or illegal performance enhancing drugs - ever! I am writing to commend Elliott Hulse and his Strength Camp Program. We found Elliott through another baseball family that was trying to find a way to increase strength and power for our sons. Trey has made tremendous strides this past year. In May of 2007, he weighed in at 154 lbs. In January 2008 just before baseball season, Trey weighed in at 180 lbs. This is a net gain of 26 lbs of muscle in 7 months time. Different than a lot of programs, Trey’s strength increased tremendously through the workouts that he had with Elliott. These are concentrated workouts that produce results. Trey had a great Senior season, finishing on the first team All Pinellas County South team. His batting average went up over 100 points this year, and is currently talking to a couple of colleges about playing next year.
