Hey Elliott, I was curious on your take of nutrition for a hardgainer. I know it sounds like the amateur approach on my part, but i've been trying to keep a high caloric intake rounded out over 5 or 6 meals a day. I have a good intake of protein and am near the 2 grams per pound area. Im 25 years old, 6'2" and 155 pounds. Strong, but not sizable as I want to be which would allow my body to handle more mass thus allowing me to get stronger, faster, etc. What's your take on the whole hardgainer thing. More dieting or more weight and less reps? I dont know, I appreciate it though, you're the man. The video of you 4 months after bicep surgery was crazy.
