Strength Camp was one of the best decisions of my life.

The problem with most fitness
programs for men.

First of all, there ARE NO GROUP FITNESS PROGRAMS FOR MEN!!! (except if you count those generic"Body Pump" classes that consist of girly weights and some pencil neck trainer teaching the class).

Here’s the problem with today’s “so called” fitness and weight loss solutions. They’re all designed to fail. It’s like walking into a bear trap!

Of course your body, being the efficient chemist that it is, converts almost all of those processed sugars into stored body fat. See, it’s simple really. Your body will either use food as energy (if you’re active) or convert and store it as potential energy – FAT.

All of the sudden your suit or uniform begins to feel a little tighter than before. You can’t figure out why, after all you’re eating “low fat,” right?

Now you’re frustrated, and the yo-yo dieting begins.

But they continue to lie…


Now they tell you that carbs and sugars are bad for you. That they make you fat. Then all of a sudden the low and no carb craze sweeps the nation. But your body, always the efficient chemist, continues to do its best to balance things out.

Here’s what happens next.

First you lose a few pounds… then your body catches on and plunges into starvation mode (this is bad, very bad). In a nut shell, your metabolism crashes and all progress stops.

You begin to feel weak, tired, irritable and lack energy. How can you even think about exercising in that state?

The Men's Fitness Boot Camp is a 5-Day-Week program that is designed to help you build muscle and burn fat as fast as humanly possible!

First, we begin each session with 10 minutes of a Dynamic Flexibility routine as a warm up. This consists of a series of movement based stretches that are designed to get your core temperature up and loosen tight joints.

Then, we proceed to our Strength Training section of the training session. This is where we do traditional and non-traditional strength training exercises designed to build rock solid muscles and increase strength. After that we continue with the Cardio Training section of the training session. This is where we get your heart rate pumping to burn off that winter coat and increase your metabolism. Drills include Sprinting, Jumping and Bounding as well as Jogging, Sled Dragging and Car Pushing!
