After a year of working out with Elliott and the other guys I can honestly say I am in as good shape as I was when I played college lacrosse. Joining Strength Camp has literally changed my life!
I started Elliott’s fitness boot camp back when it was only offered on Saturday’s. The workouts were fun, interesting and challenging; as I persevered I realized significant results in the areas of stamina and an overall feeling of wellness.
In 2008 I advanced to Elliott’s full 5-day a week program and the workouts have now become almost addictive. Joining Strength Camp has literally changed my life, and I recommend it to all men ages 18-60 who desire to be healthy, fit and robust. Oh and by the way my wife appreciates the results too!

Strength Camp was one of the best decisions of my life.
Since my first day at Strength Camp until now I have achieved increased strength and vitality and a new enjoyment for life in general.
