St. Petersburg Personal Trainer Wins National Strongman Qualifier

Flipping giant 1,200-pound tractor tires, carrying 275 pound kegs and pulling a truck are all in a days work for National-Level Strongman Elliott Hulse. By day, Elliott runs a Men's Fitness Boot Camp and sports training service in St. Petersburg Florida, where he uses the same Strongman events to get athletes and men of all ages into "Superman" shape. By evening Coach Hulse puts himself through the rigors of strongman weight training to keep one step ahead of his clients.

St. Petersburg, FL (PRWEB) April 9, 2008 -- Flipping giant 1,200-pound tractor tires, carrying 275 pound kegs and pulling a truck are all in a days work for National-Level Strongman Elliott Hulse.

"I feel that in order to be a great coach or teacher, you have to be actively doing what you are teaching," says Coach Hulse. "My fitness and sports training clients appreciate the fact that I can relate to the struggle for improved strength and fitness, and not just talk at them about fitness theory."

Elliott will be competing in the North American Strongman national champions event in Utah in September where he will put his strength to the test amongst the strongest men in America.

The results of Elliott's real world approach to fitness have shown some incredible results. "Using unique exercises, like car pushing, tire dragging and heavy keg carrying gets all of the muscles working and improves cardiovascular strength at the same time." Members of Elliott's Men's Fitness Boot Camp typically lose up to 10 pounds during the 2-week free trials that he offers first-timers.

"These workouts are not easy, you have to be committed and willing to push beyond your limits," says Dave Zillig, 53 of Treasure Island. "But, after a year of working with Elliott and the other guys in the camp I can honestly say I am in as good of shape as when I played college lacrosse."

Strongman Elliott Hulse's fitness boot camp is geared to offer the benefits of having a personal trainer in an environment of camaraderie with others who share similar goals. Each guy will work at his own level and all levels of fitness are welcome. The next camp starts on Monday, April 21st and there is a 2-week free trial period, but it ends soon.
